Company Overview

Primaya Hospital is a private hospital group in Indonesia, providing comprehensive services that target the middle to upper-class segments.

Primaya Hospital was first established in Tangerang in 2006 by Professor Yos Effendi Susanto, an expert in hospital management and public health with over 40 years of experience building and developing various hospitals in Indonesia. Starting from a single hospital with 100 beds, Primaya Hospital has continued to grow. By 2022, the Primaya Hospital Group had established a network of 15 hospitals with over 2000 beds, strategically located and spread across the islands of Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi.

Primaya Hospital was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in November 2022 as PT Famon Awal Bros Sedaya TBK under the code PRAY.

Primaya Hospital offers various centers of excellence, including a mother and child center, heart and vascular center, trauma center, cancer center, urology center, brain and neurocenter, eye center, and sports clinic and orthopedic center. These healthcare services are supported by over 800 specialist doctors (both full-time and part-time, including dental specialists), 2,078 nurses and midwives, and 895 other medical support staff. In addition, Primaya Hospital also offers other health services such as clinical laboratories, homecare, and medical evacuation as well as various other healthcare services. In order to expand its business activities, the Company plans to establish new hospitals and/or acquire hospitals, clinics, or other health services with good potential and that can create synergy with Primaya Hospital’s current business activities and strategies.
